Same here. Unfortunately I have never fished coastal La. but have seen it more times that I care to mention. Not the prettiest place but dang it they have a dang good fishery. Both in and offshore.

Pretty country for sure. I’ve hunted just south of there in Refugio county and a little near Berclair. Definitely nicer country, sure miss the Turkey hunting. There are some good deer in that area....

Same here. Probably way cheaper to buy pork at a store and way better eating. But if I had younger kids that loved to hunt maybe just keep a feeder full and roads trimmed and use my kids as labor. Lol
