    Texas Twinkies

Stole this from Meat Church and modified it a bit.

I used nine very large jalapenos.

A package of cream cheese brought to room temperature.

We had some baby boudin links from Best stop in Louisiana. I think I opened up four of those and mixed it with the cream cheese.

I had two pieces of best stopped jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage links. Just a couple small pieces chopped fine.

A handful of shredded cheddar cheese.

Seasoned the mixture well with meat church holy voodoo and stirred it up well.

In the meantime my rec tec grill was heating up to 300.

Cut a slit lengthwise in the jalapenos. Cut a small tee at the top of the slit so the pepper will open up without splitting. Do not cut the top or bottom off the pepper. It helps keep everything inside.

Use the handle side of a small spoon to scrape out the jalapenos as much as you want.

Place as much mixture inside as you can. Squeeze the jalapeno back together and wipe off the excess that oozes out.

I sprinkled the jalapenos with bacon candy seasoning but that's optional.

Wrap in thin, stretchy bacon. Toothpick at the end.

    Roll in bacon candy seasoning.

Put on grill for 15 minutes and then flip. 15 more minutes or until bacon looks done.

They are so good. As mentioned in the original post, I stole from meat church recipe and modified for what I had in the fridge.

Picked it up at HEB in Willis. But looks like it's available online:
