    3.5-4 Hour spare ribs

    Felt like spare ribs the other day but wasn't watching the clock & the 3-2-1 method woulda made dinner it too late...did a quick search & gave this a try.

    I used different seasonings & let them rest wrapped for a bit when done, but the temp & foil boat method here was a winner...anyway, if you get in a time crunch worth trying.
