Oklahoma season ends Sat so I'm cooking up a "different" type meal than normal for our last night of the season.
Buddy here at work gave me about 5 lbs of YF Tuna & 2 lbs of BF Tuna.
It's vacuum sealed, uncut. Straight from the guide service I'd imagine.
Buddy says to skin it and cut out red meat??? Cut into 1/2" steaks and marinate in a mixture/recipe he gave me. Recipe calls for OJ & Soy Sauce and I'm not real fond of either.
I'll have a mesquite wood grill to cook it on.
Where do I start?
I've never ventured into saltwater much, lol.
I'll have t-bones for back-up!
