So very sorry for the pain and agony inflicted upon them and their families. Pretty satisfying to see the shooter not test the justice system. Assuming shooter is DOA. He was providing TCCC care or IFAK. They all carry IFAKs that consist of tourniquet, occlusion dressing/chest seals, wound packing gauze and an NPA. So yes, he was providing life saving care to the man that just tried to kill him.Originally posted by TXHUNT3R View Post
That officer did a bad *** job of setting a perimeter immediately and also clearing the vehicle of the subject before approaching him. He did everything right, well trained.
