What are some of the best options for getting rid of DEF and tuning/programming? What should I expect to pay for said programming/modifications?

There's no reputable companies left now that CTT shut down May 1st. I wouldn't trust mom and pop tuning on a 60k truck. There was a handful of good companies out there with thousands of reviews on diesel forms backing up their tuning. Anarchy, PPEI, CTT, etc. I ran them all of all the big 3 diesels.
