Do you guys think I will be 100% by sept 15th. Any info to help me recover quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, but Do Not Miss a PT.

Won't be the easiest, but why would you miss it when you have 4 months to pull it together. It's not your legs afterall.

I had ACL-Patella graph in a June month. I was about 35 yrs then. Hiked and hunted the Rockies that October. Same routes and tough paths. Didn't own a atv or horse then.

Was hard, but actually helped recovery just as my Dr said it would.

        Do Not Miss PT.

Have you already had the surgery?

It will take you 2 years to get back to 75 %

Therapy and time is the only healer. You may never be 100% again. I don’t think I will. Lots of therapy will get you close.

                I'd consider cryo therapy.

Stem cell therapy would be another but very costly and not sure how much it would help.

Need to think outside the box.

How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? It makes a big difference. How many anchors were used to fix your problem?

I had the same surgery at 17 on my non dominant shoulder and was able to return to baseball in 4 months. My wife is also a pt now and said it’s possible but no guarantees.

Most insurances pick it up when it’s added on to a survey, but not as a stand alone. Regardless I’d pay. I’ve had several surgeries and complementing injections.

It took me a full year including 2 rounds of PT. Don't mean to be discouraging, but I'd be very surprised if it happens. I was around 50 when I had mine. YMMV

No, I had surgery 11/29/21 and just finished PT two weeks ago. I have been told from everyone in the process it will take a year to recover.
