Oh well, we have been online for Canada packages.. Sold out on everything on the F1 App!!! Guess I will reach out to our concierge for COTA and Miami to see if we can get a hookup. Otherwise, after market F1 packages could get super crazy!!!

Great pics LR! Glad you guys had a great time!

I enjoyed the race a lot. I thought Verstappen drove a brilliant race, and both LeClerc and Sainz did a great job taming the Ferrari to second and third.

Russell on the radio after his team asked about tires... I think I'll just wait on the Safety Car. How right he was!

Barcelona Spain in two weeks...

I don't know what Ferrari did, but they definitely tamed the porpoising that the cars had. I bet they are going to be a force the rest of the season.

I loved the fake water and boats on trailers on corner 7. That one thing is completely fitting of Miami.

I know it's not true if no pics.....but, I had a good conversation with Nico Rosberg at the hotel last night. Asking for a pic would have been....well...kinda...amateurish. Not nearly as small and jockey-like as compared to the young guns out there.

Now that is really cool! How was his personality? What was the conversation about?

He was a little uneasy at first but I can be a little animated with folks.....lol! I asked him how he thought the Miami 1st race was. He actually thought it was not very exciting until after the yellow flag. I told him I disagreed as we had a lot of high speeds and close calls in our area. But, I also said it takes a lot for a driver like yourself to get fired up........but, us regular folks tend to think that it is amazing to run a car like a mad man for 57 laps. I inquired about him securing a seat with a high end team and also that Porcha and Audi look like they are coming into the sport within the next two years. He smiled politely but did not say anything beyond that , as obviously Aston Martin has him in a reserve role right now.
I told him that COTA is another sellout for 2022 and that TEXAS is ready to see him push the limits. He noted that Texas has really gotten BIG into F1 and the attendance was amazing last year. I mentioned I am strongly considering Canada if we can get a reasonable package. He thought after two years that Montreal would be jammed packed and a hottt ticket to get.
Overall, being it was just he and I talking I was hoping for some good insights..... but I understand the caution they have to show when talking to fans or media.......or TMZ.....lol!

Hang on... Nico Rosberg, or Nico Hulkenberg? Hulkenberg is the reserve driver for Aston Martin.

Either way... REALLY COOL!!!

Uhhhhh, that’s a bit shocking? Surely they’ll have to fulfill his contract compensation? Bold move by a team with little resources

I thought that's what he meant. LOL
Then I thought, when did I miss that Rosberg was back in a seat as reserve.
Knew that hadn't/wouldn't happen.

Seeing lots of negative comments from the drivers about the circuit in Miami. Barrier choices, kerbing, chicane too tight for F1 cars, etc. Interesting.

Looks like we are out for the USGP at COTA. We had tickets for about $350 each last year, now we cant find anything under $900. Crazy how much the tickets have gone up. Really stinks, great venue and always a good race.

Yep, the hype is in over drive for F1 globally. We looked into the Montreal race and zero packages available. * COTA puts on a great spectacle every year!!!

Great win by Verstappen (gifted to him by Ferrari). Red Bull 1-2, with George Russell finishing 3rd!

Wasn't the most excited race, but it had some moments.

Monaco is this weekend! It's Race Week again!!

Checo wins!!!!️. Leclerc may blow a fuse with the team as he definitely got hurt by that horrible call to pit!!!
Glad that Schmaucher walked away from splitting his car in half. Not sure if he has what it takes in F1 honestly. Baku is the next stop in 2 weeks....woohoo!!!!

So I just found out you can rent a stateroom on those yachts and while expensive….it’s less than I thought it would be. Saving my box tops for a Monaco yacht trip!

No kidding. Lot of problems that could end up being catastrophic to their season, they lost a lot of points this weekend. Those phone calls to Maranello certainly were no party today. So tough being a Ferrari fan as well.

I listen to Bill Burr's podcast and he's a big fan of F1. Although that's somewhat subjective to say to be honest since he rips on pretty much everything and everyone

The Silverstone vibe is incredible today. Vettel just drove Nigel Mansels 1992 winning car.......that V-10 was growling. These pre race interviews are really good. Hopefully the weather holds up as this race is going to be buckwild.

I got in from walking the dog & caught the red flag...no replay I've seen & wasn't showing the scene / extraction of the driver.

Was the crash not caught and/or is this protocol to not cover a possible injury??

Verstappen on pole for tomorrow's sprint race. LeClerc second, Sainz third.

The Mercedes team will have a busy night rebuilding both of their cars. Hamilton and Russell both had "offs" in Q3.
