    Pork belly burnt ends

First time making these and they were a hit.

-Cut pork belly into 1-2in pieces
-Season with any bbq rub. I did a Carolina style rub, with brown sugar for added sweetness
-Smoke at 225-250 for about 4hrs. I used oak.
-Every 30min brush with bbq sauce. Enjoy!

One of my favorite party pleasers.

Hard to do it wrong along as you don't burn em.

Yea, everyone seemed to realky like them. My temps were not super even but 225-250 seem to do the trick.

I have found putting the whole pork belly on for around 45 mintues then cutting it up, is far easier than when it's raw.

Put that bad boy in the freezer and get it firm before you slice it.
