Call me crazy but a Stripes chorizo, egg and cheese burrito/taco is pretty dang good.

I make my own burritos at home as well. Love chorizo. My gut on the other hand... Not so much.

Yep me too. Try Pastor tacos, carnitas mixed with chorizo. Pure greatness.

I know it's not always an option but I like the grease drained out of it pretty good. Sometimes I think that kind of hinders the flavor. Probably is easier on a persons stomach too.
