Used peanut oil

I drained some peanut oil from my turkey fryer and it looked and smelled ok. Nice and clear too. Does anyone know if it would be OK to use it to fry fish? Thinking about saving it.

If you filtered it, even better. Either way, absolutely ok to fry fish with "IF" you freeze it. There ae food particles in there that could go rancid after several days if not frozen.
