I ordered 2 cans in Jan. I called this week just to get an idea. I was shocked at how long to be entered into the system.

The lady I talked to said 5-6 months after pending status for submissions around that time. She says current backlog for newly received is probably 10-12 but that is just guessing.

Oh geez!! That ain't looking too bueno for the ones I sent in mid Jan and mid Feb. I'm just just going to forget about about the one I sent in April and the one that I'm sending in Friday.

April was another SDN-6. Friday is a spectre II. Then I start on 2 more SBR's... Maybe a 3rd.

Check cleared with ATF January 19, picked it up yesterday, 6/11/16. A little less than 5 months.









8 shot group at 300 yards. Shot 5 and had 3 rounds left so threw them dow there too. 1.15" @ 300 is one of my best 300 yard groups and it was with three extra bullets.

It shoots .3 MOA when I do my part. From 500-800 it opens up to .5 MOA. that 16.5" barrel isnt great for anything too long. lol.

Breeze was blowing from 270 at about 5mpg but it was very consistent.

Should be, I believe that is the same day we mailed mine off, give or take a day to two. I know sure sure the check was processed 1/19

Just got a text saying I had a Form4 ready to be picked up from my Class III dealer!!

Yeah-yuh!!! Paperwork sent off 1/14 and received last week (6/15'ish)!

Now waiting on 4 more Form4's (2 in March, 1 in April, 1 in June) and 2 Form1's (both filed last week).

My form 1 got disapproved on the basis that ATF expected a different format for my lower's serial number. I'm pretty sure my serial number was correct. Also said form was incomplete. Hafta check again tonight and resubmit

When did you submit the Form 1?

Email they person listed on your rejected form. They will usually try to help and give him the new number after you resubmit and they can fast track it.

It should be in the comment box on your form.

Bringing this back up top. I submitted my first form 4 on January 21st, looks like on nfa tracker and silencer shops tracker I maybe getting close. I know a few other guys submitted around the time I did and was curious if anyone heard anything yet?

Edit: well I just called the atf to check. Both of mine were approved on July 3rd! Woohooo! I guess I just have to wait for Capitol Armory to get the stamp. Anyone know how long that usually takes?

Mine was at the dealer 5 days after approval.

Mine took about 2 weeks to get to my dealer. That 2 week wait seemed to take longer than the 5 months for approval.

Submitted feb 28 i think. Check cashed March 15. Got approval oct 16 but I was out of the country. Got back yesterday and went to pick it up today.

Recieved my stamps today on 2 sbrs. Nov 6. You can call and based on what month they recieved your paperwork they can give you an estimated wait time. The one I submitted in June for a dead air ghost 45 il prob see in Jan or Feb. Around 9 months cause of the high demand to get in before the 41f form

Dang nearly 6 weeks from approval to possession? Thats one of the longer ones I've seen (That wasn't lost)

I'm still waiting. One was approved the first part of August but dealer still hasn't received the stamp (requested another/cert replacement early last month). I'm more than discouraged at this point.
