New ice cream idea....?

My wife suggested that we drizzle some Maple flavored Crown Royal over some butter pecan ice cream. Here goes.

Was in Canada once and my buddy say's this place has the best ice cream. Vanilla ice ream with Bourbon, bacon and Maple syrup. That was the best part of the trip. Crazy good

Bought a bottle when it first came out. Too sweet for whiskey. Over plain vanilla ice cream is all it's used for since. I have been known to do 1 shot per two scoops lol

The mesquite crown is nasty only about 4 shots out of the bottle.

Mesquite Crown maybe a good base for a bbq sauce?
