Ok. Ten years ago I broke the glass. Took it to my frame shop guy {been using him for 20 years} and he freaked out. This made from feathers, and is old.
I had him do a museum frame job on it...

I only say that because I ran across that exact art piece while going down a rabbitt hole for an art piece that had painted fishing flies with real feathers on it.
