Went to the highest tower we had at the plant for an unobstructed view and watched it the entire time. Passed right over us! Really cool and gave me an excuse to climb the tower and check Pressure Valves.

amazing facts:

- orbits the Earth every 90 minutes ; 16 times each day
- length and wing span is 100 yds x 100 yds (football field)
- it flies through space @ 250 miles above the earth
- travels 5 miles per second, 17,150 mph

- takes 48 seconds to get from Dallas to Houston
- takes just under 3 minutes to get from Orange to El Paso

We caught it last night in Austin. A few times in Port A we see it from NW to out over the gulf and it never gets old.
