Summer cut for boykin

What kind of cut would we ask a groomer for our Boykin spaniel. I don’t want a groomed

I used a 7 when I did it myself.

When I took Jake to a groomer, I just told them what I wanted. A good short clip but not too short. Out of the 5+ times I got him groomed, he always looked fine. I would also tell hem to leave the ears and front legs just a tad longer

I usually use 5 blade and cut with th grain, from head to tall. use a 3 on outside of ears. use a 10 blade to get as close as I can on inside of ear flap and side of head below ear so they will dry quicker. I do the 10 blade ear cut 2-3 times a year
