If the majority of it’s huntable and it’s bow only, my opinion is you could do more than 4. No idea as to price. I’ve never been able to afford the hill country

Sounds about right. I'd say 3 people max, but most likely not all 3 would get a "trophy" every year. I'd hope for 1 trophy to come off the place each year. Some years more, and some years none.

Never find anything close to that price in the hill country. 1000 acres will bring around $20,000
