It’s crazy the amount of rain Texas and Louisiana has seen the last 2 years. Being raised in both states I have been very fortunate that it has not affected my house but it has affected my parents and many close friends.

I wish the water stopped before my motor. Instead only the top 8” of the barrel was sticking up! Cleaned it out yesterday. 150 pounds of sour mash. Hate to say it but for once I’m needing the pigs to come through and clean up over there.
