Needing to get an idea of what cost per square foot would be for a 40x60 with a 800 sq foot apartment in it. The rest would be shop area. I know metal has been high and sometimes hard to find. Does anyone know a builder that could give me a ball park idea with reset pricing?

We doing it now for about $120
I am contracting it myself and doing a lot of the work.
