That is an absolutely amazing animal.

Looks like he killed it with a bow during Illinois gun season (except for 4 counties) which is a no-no. I'm assuming he was hunting in one of those 4 counties but crazier things have happened. I'll be interested to see how this plays out.

Regs show archery is legal on private land during the firearm seasons in Nov and Dec. and he shot it on his onw land according to the article.
