Also, been meaning to compliment Rick on the design of his target. Definitely wins the style award for the clean execution of the tubes-through-paper.

Super glue is your friend, especially the DAP Rapid Fuse super glue.

I use that stuff for everything now days, including fletching arrows, and it's awesome.

I didn't go through the paper, I just glued the tubes directly to it.
