    Tennis Elbow

Anyone had any luck getting over it?

My right elbow started hurting a couple months ago. Went to the ortho and they verified no fractures or other issues. He gave me a cortisone shot and it helped for a short time but it’s back just like it was. He also said two shots is the most he will do. I do admit that I have not done much physical therapy on it and continue to play baseball with my boys.

Any suggestions on how to beat this stuff?

I used this for a couple weeks and it cured my tennis elbow. It keeps pressure on the problem area and it worked great for me.

PRP fixed my brother's tennis elbow after cortisone and therapy couldn't.

I was playing racquetball 3-5 times a week and golfing at least once a week a few years ago. This was needed to keep my elbow feeling fine

3x at about $750 each, not covered by insurance.

I fought it for a few years off and on in both arms. I got shots and wore braces, nothing helped. One day it just went away. Haven't had a problem with it in years.

Sadly this. After years of tennis weightlifting and wakeboarding I would get it chronic - all the wraps all the ice and heat won’t cure it’s just a bandaid- finally I just stopped using it for like a month and it would get better. Very irritating good luck.

                          You need to switch hands.

This is only thing that worked for me. I've had it twice.

You would think at 34 sophomoric humor wouldn't make me still laugh but it does.
