Man that was a tiff evening to get thru.

Just went and put a cell cam out on a trail I saw most of the deer travel today.

Headed to camp for a shower and food!

Swapping spots in the morning.
Wind will be straight East and that’s no bueno for where I sat today. Also I was on the edge of the only corn field that wasn’t cut today, so I know what’s gonna happen tomorrow.

I’m ready for a shower & some sleep.

Weather says fog advisory, but I didn’t encounter any on the drive over. Hopefully it will not hinder my hunt.

40 min of daylight and no deer yet.

Bumped a deer walking in this morning and had a deer cross the creek about 50 yards from me before daylight.

7:00 was when movement started yesterday. So maybe things will change shortly.

I’m sitting on the edge of a beautiful creek bottom. East wind blowing back in to the cut corn field.

There are several trails paralleling this creek and crossing it. Definitely looks like a good travel tour for a buck cruising for Does.

Young 8 point just cruised thru on the other side of the creek.
I tickled the rattling horns together to try and get him closer for a better look, but he wasn’t interested.
