I made this last night. Super easy and delicious. I added about two tablespoons of brown sugar. This ones a keeper for sure.

I take frozen whole kernel corn put on a big square of heavy duty foil add some butter and cream cheese along with a can of green chilies. Wrap up and indirect grill the package.

Cream corn is awesome. My wife makes it with Parmesan cheese instead of cream cheese and adds cayenne. Really liked the drunken dove recipe with this. I will try that in a couple weeks.
