2019 College Football - Week 0!

It's game week! A couple of compelling games for "Week 0" in Miami v. UF and then Sumlin's Wildcats travel to HI.

I just drove 2370 miles (over 3 days) and listened to quite a bit of national CFB talk. A couple of stats/narratives that came up that I found interesting is...

1. In 25 of the last 26 seasons (2011 the exception) a team starting outside the Top 25 has finished the season ranked in the Top 10.

2. Since 2002, at least one team starting the season ranked in the Top 10 has finished unranked in the final poll.

Who would be your mostly likely candidates for each scenario this season?

Again.....the 247 composite is where it's at. Rivals is the 3rd most reliable sight.

AP poll isn't out yet so I can't answer the questions. Very interesting though.

I remember watching him first in the state championship game. 4-5 yards every carry.

I agree TCU will finish in the top 25 if not the Top 10. Also see A&M finishing outside the top 10 and maybe 25 because of the schedule they have. Not that they are a bad team but that schedule is grueling. ND is always over ranked

Of course so the biggest swing for a school would be Texas lol so we’ll avg and say LSU has the #2 class...deal?
