    Changing ezgo golf cart brakes

I changed the brake pads on my golf cart last weekend. I adjusted the adjuster bolt/nut all the way in and put the new pads on. I also adjusted the cables all the way out underneath the cart. Still my drums were hard to get back on and the wheels are hard to turn. Did I miss something? Any tricks to get them looser or do I just need to drive it until they wear down?

Does this video help, he pumped the brakes til something stops clicking before putting the drum back on. [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DR9kg_RA3_E"]EZ GO Brakes - YouTube[/ame]

That seems to be adjusting it out before he even puts the drums on. I screwed mine all the way in. Seems to me that would make the most room for the drum.

      Anyone else got anything?

      Thanks
