I bought a used pit boss for $200. To see if I liked the pellet smokers before splurging. So far it cooks pretty good and I’m happy with the investment.

Turn it on and if it starts and stays working for 15 minutes I’d buy it. Gives you time to see if it errors out or overheats

It`s 8 years old, I would check for rust to. Offer them 100 bucks..... You now they will come off that price.
