    Thanks for the comments guys! It worked out real well for me this season. My kids and I took three deer out of it. The only drawback is how tall it is. Two foot is not enough. It put us at eye level with the deer and too much movement from one of my little ones got us busted several times. The plan now is to elevate her with some 8' legs this spring. I am also planning on making another one like it to put at my other feeder so that I have more than one spot to sit with the kids.

      so the windows are plywood that sing in and then its shoot through mesh stapled to the frame?

        Yes sir. It is double framed and the plywood frames swing in.

            I used the thin 10 dollar paneling from Lowes to keep it cheap and light. We put multiple layers of exterior paint on it to protect it from moisture and it has worked just fine. The kids had a blast painting and hunting out of it.

                          Blends in well under that tree. Did you have any thoughts on making the legs taller? How/why did you decide on 2' legs?
