What does 10-8 mean at your agency? I'm confused as heck.

Actually means back in service. But can also mean ‘ good’.

I believe that it may be more of a "slang", if you could call it that, for a code. Hilton Yam's 1911 company is called 10-8 Performance. I searched and couldn't find it but I believe I read once that the name was intended to mean "fit for duty" or "good to go". I guess it might be a regional thing.

^^^This for our agency^^^

A "10-8" agent is an agent that is squared away and gets the job done.

An actual 10-8 call baiscally means you are ready to take calls or respond as needed.

The only 10 code we have is 10-200. In fact, I'm on one right now.
