We had a weekend planned that included going out of town and eating @ Red Lobster in Ft. Worth while we were there. I had to cancel our plan but still wanted my favorite meal and this is as close as I could get. Butterflied colossal shrimp, homemade coleslaw, Red Lobster cheddar biscuits, and onion rings. The tartar sauce is actually in a bowl formally owned by Red Lobster. It was great

Now this is Lobster. Bar Harbor Maine! Or anywhere on the coast in Maine. We have been going for years. Lobster rolls and Thai, yellow curry and clams and mussels are the bomb. Buy lobster at all the road side stands!

To be clear.......This is not a meal from Red Lobster. I prepared all of this myself from scratch. I did the rolls a couple of hours ahead and put in the fridge. That is probably why they did not rise as much as they could have. But .... They were still great.
