Does anyone know any good wild game boudin recipes?

REO Spices has a very good boudin seasoning with instructions on how to make. You could use just about any meat you wanted. Recipe calls for pork but you could use whatever. I want to make a batch with crawfish next!

I have never used Cajun Blakes, but I suspect it is fantastic.

I made boudin a few years ago using a recipe I found online from Emeril Lagasse. It was pretty good.
