My dad said he saw a doe yesterday that was so pregnant he could see her belly moving when the fawn(s?) kicked. Saw the first one on the ground today, said it was tiny, tiny.

Good googly-moogly, the state bird of SE Texas has hatched and is now a swarm.

I haven't seen it this bad in years.

2 dead fawns on the highway tween Montgomery and limestone County.

Found one so new it could barely walk on the property

We had 22 inches of rain in may. Already 4.5 in June . Most of my fawns been on ground a month. Bucks looking good if they wouldn't throw those danged ol drop tines.

We've had way too much rain in our neck of the woods. But, the fawns are dropping and the bucks are showing some decent antler growth. I'm ready!!

Have the same stuff at my place. But dont have anywhere to put a food plot, so not seeing same issue some of you all are.

They seem to be healthy this year, and hungry. I am filling my pen feeder every 3 to 4 weeks. First time I have gone through 300lbs a month where I am at.

Time is flying this year, but ready for this years season.

I said I would never complain about rain after 2011, but I don’t know why we have to get all the rain within a 6 week period lol. Got another round of storms headed this way now it appears
