    I didn’t lose enough space to worry about. All the corners fit together well and were able to be screwed in. My base was 60”x60” and my base boards for the walls are at 55 1/2” apart, if that makes sense.

Instead of cutting a piece of foam to fit between each and every stud board I just gorilla glued the entire 1/2" foam board to the outside of the wall frames and then screwed the plywood to the frame over the foam board. Saved a lot of headache and mess by not cutting the foam. Thoughts?

      I do the same thing except I use campaign signs they work great

        I think I understand how you did it now, and that sounds slick. Should be very tight, well played.

          When I close the door I can feel the air pressing out. It’s very tight. Silicon in all corners, inside and out. I silicon over every single exterior fastener also. Overkill maybe, but it doesn’t leak.
