Cool...I just need about 15-20 yards..

I check the distance this morning. I left the camera in my truck and I was in the coffee shop 14 yards away. I was abile to control it with no prpblems from my phone. The camera has motion detection also.

I was looking at the Fitfort and others this morning. They all look about the same. I got mine based off of the reviews. If they all work like the one I got, I dont see how you could go wrong for the money.

Good info. I'm not interested in posting to YouTube, but I have been thinking about doing something for my own use and this looks like a good way to do it inexpensively. If I find I'm not really in to it that much, I haven't invested much. Thanks Glenn, I'll be looking for your videos.

MY GF bought me one and it never worked it would come on but that was it . Back to amazon for a refund . I had a Hero5 session worked ok but no zoom . so anything over 15 yards not so great .

Well I had a $50 gift card I have had for a while. After reading this thread I went on youtube and watched some footage. Done deal.....got one heading my way. Will receive it next Wedsnday. Plan to use it to film my daily fishing trips down to the lake with the son.

After listening to my son I just bought a GoPro Hero5 Black. Haven't really used it yet but plan on putting it to the test next week when we go fishing in Colorado. He seems to think it will be a good camera to use based on his experience with an older model. I have high hopes for this thing, been wanting one for a while now after seeing some of his videos.

If the camera doesn't live up to your expectations you could duct tape it to the bull's eye and shoot arrows at it.
