Sounds, and looks, great! I've turned a few people the last couple of years with stuff like this that they don't KNOW is deer until after they've eaten several pieces. Funny to watch their faces when they realize that we ACTUALLY eat what we kill, and that it's good too! Thanks for the how to, look forward to trying it.
