Looking at a house in Dallas that needs some work. Would like someone to take a look at it with me before I buy. Anyone have someone they recommend? Concerns are related to flooring and it is a pier and beam house. Thanks

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, use Restoration Specialists!! They rebuilt my house after I got flooded, and I have had nothing but serious issues since. I run out of "warranty" in March of 2021, and lately it takes an act of GOD to have those effers show up just to fix things.
