Default Few wood ducks put together this past weekend

This past Saturday I decided to smoke a couple pork butts and a brisket. Knowing this bbq was going to take awhile, I took advantage of the time and worked on a few wood ducks. It was a long day, but I was happy with the end result.

It was either of these two birds, I have probably 20-30 birds right now in my shop. They all blend together after awhile…
