I just found out some disturbing news. They have my wife on the same floor as the covid inmates from the local prisons. My wife was able to get her phone and call me and tell me this. She has to keep telling the nurses to keep the curtain closed because the inmates and guards are all around. I’m guessing it might get ugly from here if they don’t move her soon to another floor. I wanted to take her to Tyler and it might happen tomorrow. However this ends I will fight so no other civilian has to be next to and across from inmates in a hospital. They either need to build a separate wing or building for them.

It sounds like they are treating her as if she is COVID positive? Unless they hospital is near it's capacity, I can't see any other reason they would have a non-COVID patient on the same floor as COVID patients. Prayers for a good night's rest for both of you, and a full and quick recovery for your wife.
