Fried pork chops (buy em thin or cut em myself; flour, egg/milk, flour again for the batter), rice (gotta be Uncle Ben's) & scratch gravy, Italian green beans cooked with chopped onion and bacon, and sweet corn cooked with milk and sugar. Dip the chops in Heinz57. Now I'm hungry too.

Yesterday I had fried deer loins for lunch. Then smoked deer backstrap with jalapenos, cheese, onions and chips and salsa...........then at 10 PM the brisket and ribs that came off the pit.
