    My source is now gone. Had a giant tree at our church that got destroyed by hurricane Laura along with out church

      I didn't know they were good bait. I had the the motherload here last year. I'll be collecting them this year for sure.

      Edit: Maybe what we have isn't a Catalpa worms. They look a lot alike but not the same I guess.

        Same here, old man I would run troutlines with back in high school in Durant showed me them. They would have a cat on every hook.

        Live in Spring now, I see a lot of trees around here but they never have any. Hey have to be transplanted to them to get them year after year.
