Update
I got a call from HPD this morning. A tow truck driver picked up my truck on the feeder on I45, just south of the Dixie Farm exit. The only information they gave me is "it was missing tires." I called the tow company, and they gave me the same information with no other details. I'm guessing more is missing than just tires, and I'm surprised it was still in the Houston area. I'm betting it's just a hull... Since my truck is "totaled" now, I'm told after 24 hours, HPD will send letters to me, the lien holder, and my insurance company regarding the truck's whereabouts. I have already signed the truck over to the insurance company, and they've settled with me.
The truck I mentioned above I was looking to buy fell through. The search for my new ride continues. I took vacation to hunt opening week, but it looks like I'll be hunting for a truck instead.
I don't wish this on nobody!

I had a guy in our yard one day asking if I am selling my wood we had on pallets and basically i told him to beat it. He was coming to scope it out.
