Geez…. I am tired, I don’t feel great anyway with some congestion (hopefully allergies) but now my wife wants me to go to HEB……

I have some boiled left over shrimp from last night. Gonna peel them today and try this recipe this weekend!

I know I almost ditched her when she said this . Ok she will only eat them fried . I ate so much shrimp as a kid I didn’t eat them for years . We got them free . Dad worked at a power plant that screened the salt water intake . We would take cooler full of shrimp, crab and fish home all the time .

If you have time, think about making your own roux. It's surprisingly easy to make.
