As per my previous comments, let some of these idiots loot, or rob someone over goods, and we'll be right back there.
Let's hope not, but it seems everyday, people lose it a little more .
Texas right after that, passed a law forbidding confiscation of firearms and only allows keeping them if they are evidence in a crime. That law says that the police still have the authority to disarm someone for safety just like on a traffic stop but the gun and ammo must be returned at the end of the contact unless the gun is evidence or the person was arrested.
