10 years is a gift. She should be grateful because she will have the opportunity to have a life afterwards unlike the guy she put in the ground on her own omission. No winners in this tragedy but we all most pay for our mistakes if taking a life wasn’t warranted. His family gets closure and she gets a chance to redeem herself.

Hey man. I don't have anything against LEO's two of my best friends are, and I went to high school and casually knew one that died in the line of duty. EVERYTIME I call them to ask a legal question they say ask a lawyer.......

Still, it seems wrong to me that someone, LEO or not, can walk into an innocent mans house and kill him. The DA in Dallas county thinks so.

I don't know what case you are talking about? Link? Nevemind. It wouldn't matter anyway.

She doesn't need to be rehabbed
She is a good woman who just made a simple mistake that has to sit down for up to 10 years but more than likely 3-4

She's not a monster or anything with a long history of corruption and abuse of power
She just made one quick simple mistake
