Another great video......had some redfish on the half shell on a smoker several weeks ago, it was really good. Will have to remember that sauce recipe, looking forward to trying it. Thanks again, Michael.

Great video Michael! I just made this recipe a couple weeks ago minus the cream sauce so I'm gonna have try it with that sauce next time.....looks delicious.
