The Socialist dems want our guns because it gives them unfettered control as did Hitler and other dictatorships. Without gun control, they would not be able to fully control us. As said above, they won't come for your guns, they'll be patient, make it a felony to possess, and then arrest you when you screw up somehow. They will tax each and every gun, who is to say just $200, knowing that people will spend the money on their hunting guns and others, but not all of them. This might be a yearly tax as well.
Now, who will fight this unfair taxation? The NRA has and will continue to do so. Every single gun owner needs to join right now and donate. Forget the other gun groups, we don't need division at this time. The NRA is best suited to fight this machine in court and needs our 100% support. Otherwise, choose which gun or guns you want to keep and pay a tax. This is for real.

First thing he lists on his website..... hold manufacturers responsible.. so some jackwagon kills someone with a Glock. Glock gets sued.. how long are they going to be in business?

2nd.. assault weapons ban back in place. No more manufacturing of ARs or mags over 10 rounds. Plus buy back or register of currently owed items. Only allow one firearm purchase a month.

Not to mention no person to person transfers. So you cant buy your brother/sun a gun as a gift.

Now you may say.. well I got my 9 and my 308.. who cares about you gun nuts. Then you fail to register the handgun and you get pulled over on the way to the range on day. Welcome to being a felon. And Biden has taken your gun.. and the 308 at home.

I just dont see lawsuits being filed from the NRA. GPO posts updates with what has been filed. Consistently giving updates on cases. NRA asks for money and will send me a duffel bag.

They’re not going to take them away, there just gonna tax you to the point you can’t afford to keep them. All 35 of my guns fell out of the boat in the Brazos River......No clue where they are.

But I do agree, I have no clue how they can identify who does or doesn’t have a gun. Who knows. Maybe they’re going to require that we register them to own them and if you’re caught with one that’s not registered, they’ll probably make it some unreasonably stupid penalty or a felony.

They are following California existing law. Many do not realize what California has in place now. They are just going to implement these things on a natl level.
You must register every handgun with the state. If you move there you have 30 days or 60 days to register those guns.
Every gun you ever bought from a store is on record already...no hiding.
In Cal it is illegal to give a gun to anyone including your family, children etc....that person must go down and file and if approved in Cal there is a minimum waiting period of 10 days to buy any gun.
Also in Cal if carrying a gun in a vehicle there is a 3 step rule. The gun has to be locked in a secure area while the magazine needs to be somewhere else and the ammo needs to be elsewhere...making it impossible to protect yourself or your family.
I was there years ago and assume it is worse now than it was then. It is a slow way to take your guns, small bites at a time until they have you wanting to surrender your guns so you don't have to fight all the time or face legal action.
