String angle at full draw. The axle to axle length dictates string angle on the face and changes where peep location is. I would say it makes a bow more forgiving but I don’t necessarily believe that.

That’s what many people say but I think it depends on the person. I shoot my traverse much better than I did my pro defiant which was another inch longer ATA. I feel it’s equally or more forgiving. I’ve also never shot a very forgiving target bow, and all of them were 40” bows. I might suck, but I’d say my accuracy with short ATA bows is not as precise, but they are more forgiving while longer ATA bows are more pin point accurate, but less forgiving.
