There will be a new penalty trial for him to determine if he gets the death penalty.
That is assuming they can figure out how to get juries with the COVID restrictions in place.

Can't think of anything worse than spending the rest of your life in prison, That's a long time to suffer for one's actions. I was surprised obama didn't commute his sentence.
