Hunting pants recommendation?

So my 2nd hand set of fleece natgear wader pants has served me well, but they are getting worn, faded and need to be retired

I need something to replace them that can be worn from 60 degrees down to around 30 with under layers of various weights to cover that spread

I would like them to have the following but not a deal breaker if they don’t have all of the features listed
1) wind blocker
2) water resistant (I have rain suits and not hunting in a downpour anyway)
3) some kind of camo that works in East Texas from October to January)
4) quiet, will be used to bowhunt mostly
5) burr/seed resistant

Consider... some of the guys from Hunting Public wear cotton pants with old school tree camo with waterproof windbreaker pants underneath. I thought that was a slick way to setup hunting pants. Being cotton exterior theyll pick up all kinds of stickers but quiet.
