Brisket Sales???

one thing you have to remember is at Officer, please, for God's sake, they're looting the Food King they add 10% to the price of everything at the register that is their "cost plus" scam

First time I ever heard of cost plus merchandising in the grocery business and I was in it for 31 years. With that being said...... those are still very good sale prices. I have no idea what prices are throughout out the store. I wouldn`t say it was a scam though. It does clearly say that 10% will be added.

So I took my $30.?? 15.88 Lb brisket @$2/Lb from H‑E‑B and trimmed 3 Lb of fat off of it. So now my $2/Lb brisket is realistically a $2.45/Lb brisket.
